Chef Russell Siu has been a beloved part of Hawaii’s culinary community for decades, rising to prominence during the growth of Pacific-Rim cuisine in the islands. Today, through 3660 Banquet Rooms, he continues to share his experience and hospitality through private events, off-site catering, and food service for Hawaii’s visitor industry. His long-standing commitment to local flavors, community, and genuine hospitality continues to define his work.

We want Tofu Day to be fun for our youngest guests, too! Keiki can enjoy favorites like yo-yo balloon fishing and kendama, along with a few Aloha Tofu-inspired surprises. Our hope is simple: that kids leave with happy memories—and maybe a little more curiosity about tofu!
